SWAYAM is India’s own MOOCs platform by the government, offering thousands of courses from IITs, IIMs, and central universities. Certificates are transferable as college credits. Completely free. NPTEL (National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning) offers engineering and science courses directly from IIT professors — some of the best technical content available anywhere.
Coursera offers audit mode for free on most courses (you don’t get the certificate, but the content is free).
